Past

TiD

(Tolerance in Diversity) was originally a charity operating out of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets from 1993-2015

During its 22 years it was awarded an International "Stop Racism Award" and invited to the White House.

As a youth led charity it recruited and train young people. With over 200 becoming  Peer working, Anti-Discrimnatory practitioners, they in turn gave leadership to over 3,500 young people, across the borough. A project was also developed in L.A.  Its work enable young people to discuss discrimination in a safe environment  often for the first time.

Training is Development

as an organisation has developed this previous innovation for the workplace, providing  bespoke training

Now is the time to really shine a spotlight on developing a better work environment for everyone. A place that is not just aware of its diversities, but focuses on inclusion, using its strengths to support each other.

It offers a safe space for employees to discuss issues of Equality and Diversity.

Identifing origins, with a view finding peaceful and proactive approaches to reduce and lead to the resolution of them.

The development of a  philanthropic side to the organisation will look to engage adult & young people outside of the workplace.

Future

We want to make a difference in this world & change

the narrative ensuring

everyones human rights.

Let's live in a world where the disputes that take place are not based in negative bias, or as a result of ignorance.

Lets live in a world where we are empowered to support one another to be the best we can be & that allows us to feel good about the parts of us that are different.
